How do you ship your paintings and prints?

All paintings are shipped very carefully, each original painting is hand packaged by me, then wrapped and padded before boxing to ensure it travelling safely to its destination. My limited-edition prints are sent wrapped and rolled in a double walled sturdy tube that is well sealed.

Who do you ship your painting with?

I use Royal Mail within the UK, recorded delivery and tracked with a tracking number. I will send you an email with your tracking number details when I post your parcel.

How much is shipping

The relevant shipping fee will be applied at the checkout depending on its destination.

Rest of the World - please contact me prior to purchase so I can check the current postal charges for your country.

Custom and Duty Charges for your country- Customers are responsible for any import custom and duty charges. I advise you check with your country's regulations.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow up to 5-10 working days for orders within the UK.

International order please allow 15+ working days.

Busy periods e.g. Christmas, Collection releases and Sales orders may take a little longer.

Lost or damaged.

If your order cannot be tracked down, or has been damaged, contact me immediately so I can rectify this problem for you and send out a replacement piece.
